The People

Cole Glasgow - Director

Cole founded Glasgow Contractors in 2006 and has been heavily involved in civil construction, drainage and project management for nearly 25 years. 

Cole’s wealth of knowledge and experience in managing civil and drainage projects has helped steer and grow Glasgow Contractors from its humble two-man, single-digger operation beginning to the fully-fledged environmental specialist civil contractor organisation it is today.

Kade Glasgow - Director

Kade Glasgow - Director

Kade spent his early career in professional services after qualifying as a chartered accountant and working for PwC and ASB Bank as a tax consultant. In 2013, Kade joined forces with his brother Cole at Glasgow Contractors, combining Kade’s organisational skills and business acumen with Cole’s civil experience and project management skills to expand Glasgow Contractors’ specialist capabilities, with a major focus on environmental enhancement projects.

In addition to being Glasgow Contractors’ financial controller and Health & Safety officer, Kade also oversees all quality assurance, environmental compliance and business operations.

Oliver Ferrick - Director

Oliver is an experienced design and construction engineer, specialising in stormwater and environmental enhancement projects. After a successful career as a design engineer consultant, Oliver joined Glasgow Contractors as a Director and Project Engineer.

Ollie has a deep understanding and passion for ecological engineering practices and is a well-regarded expert in the industry. He specialises in stream remediation works, daylighting projects, outfall renewals, fish passages, and pond and wetland restorations. Ollie also leads our stakeholder engagements and relationships with project principals and local iwi.
